My Grandma’s Caesar Salad Recipe

When we were kids, we would have Sunday dinner at my grandparents house every week. My grandma would make this to-die-for Caesar salad dressing, a prime rib and mashed potatoes. It was delicious! I’ve never forgotten about the salad. I don’t make it often but when I do it takes me way back and I love every second of it! It’s actually quite simple…

6 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice (or more to taste)
dash of Worcestershire
1 egg yolk
salt and pepper

Whisk together the first 7ย ingredients. Add mayonnaise until your desired consistency is achieved. Toss with romaine lettuce, croutons, bacon (optional) and Parmesan cheese.

Enjoy! xox. -K
