My Grandma’s Caesar Salad Recipe

When we were kids, we would have Sunday dinner at my grandparents house every week. My grandma would make this to-die-for Caesar salad dressing, a prime rib and mashed potatoes. It was delicious! I’ve never forgotten about the salad. I don’t make it often but when I do it takes me way back and I love every second of it! It’s actually quite simple…

Ingredients:
6 tbsp. olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 1/2 tsp. red wine vinegar
1 tsp. lemon juice (or more to taste)
dash of Worcestershire
1 egg yolk
salt and pepper
mayonnaise

Directions:
Whisk together the first 7 ingredients. Add mayonnaise until your desired consistency is achieved. Toss with romaine lettuce, croutons, bacon (optional) and Parmesan cheese.

Enjoy! xox. -K
